*** CoviD-19 UPDATE - 2020 FIESTA CANCELLED ***
In these unprecedented and unpredictable times it is imperative that we look after our customers, our traders and ourselves so, to this end, it is with enormous sadness that we have to announce that this year's Brockenhurst Needlework Fiesta is cancelled.
We will be back in 2021 so please make a note of the date in your diaries - Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th April 2021.
Take care of yourselves and each other.

When's the best time to come? In general the Fiesta is at its busiest on Saturday, especially in the morning, and parking is at a real premium.
The Traders bring plenty of stock with them for the two days so we think it's best to come on Sunday: it's much quieter and calmer then and not only can you more easily access the stalls, but the traders and exhibitors have more time to spend with you.
What's the parking like? On Saturday it's crazy. On Sunday a little less crazy! Our volunteer parking attendants do their level best to manage the car park and give priority to disabled visitors but there is limited space so your patience and understanding will be appreciated if you find the car park full.
There is a large car park at the Railway Station - just a short walk away - and a further public car park in the village centre (see our Getting Here page for more information).
Is there disabled access? Please see our Disabled Access page for further information.
Are there plenty of places to sit down at the Fiesta? We have a dedicated 'cafe' area with tables and chairs in the Main Hall where you can sit and enjoy light refreshments purchased from the WI. There are also chairs in the Entrance Foyer. If the weather is fine there are benches in the children's playground opposite the Village Hall so you can enjoy the fresh air whilst taking a break from the fun of the Fiesta!
What refreshments are available at the Fiesta? Please see our Refreshments page for further information.
Which traders will be at the Fiesta? The list of traders at the Fiesta can be found on our Traders page which also contains their contact details.
Is there WIFI at the Fiesta? Yes, there is free WIFI at Brockenhurst Village Hall. Details of the password are available on entry.
How can I become a trader or exhibitor at the Fiesta? Please see our Traders & Exhibitors page for more information.
How do I join your mailing list? Please see our Contact Us page for more details.
I have a suggestion as to how the Fiesta / your website can be improved, how do I tell you about it? Great! Feedback is always welcomed. Please see our Contact Us page for more details.
I think I left something behind at the Fiesta, who do I contact about lost property? Please check at the ticket desk in the Entrance Foyer during the Fiesta in the first instance, and thereafter please contact Brockenhurst Village Hall on 01590 622580.
